The Clubs with Heart program is aimed at strengthening the capacity of clubs to recruit and retain members, build the reputation of your club as a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for all members, and empowering volunteers to deal with challenges more effectively when they arise.
This is the perfect opportunity for any club members who value the future growth and sustainability of your Softball club and want to drive positive cultural change.
Attendees could be made up of a variety of club members, for example a committee member, coach, junior or senior player, parent or another volunteer.
