The Softball Victoria Community / Level 1 Umpire Course is an initiative to promote umpiring to people wishing to get involved with umpiring and is aimed at to those people who have not yet entered the Softball Australia Accreditation Scheme. The aim is to provide a means by which new and or inexperienced umpires can learn and participate in the sport at the club or affiliate level. The program will help develop and encourage participants to develop their umpire skills.

Program Facilitator: Level 8 Umpire Kerry Franklin OAM
