Facilitated by CMSport, this training workshop, we'll explore how to make softball and physical activities more inclusive, breaking down barriers that may prevent diverse communities from participating.
Let's work together to ensure everyone feels welcomed, respected, and empowered to join the game.
OUTCOMES
- Recognise the benefits that cultural inclusion brings to sport and multicultural communities.
- Use inclusive language to engage with multicultural communities.
- Create welcoming and inclusive sport and recreation programs.
- Identifying ways that privilege, bias, and hidden barriers impact cultural inclusion in sport.
