National Umpiring Accreditation Form
NATIONAL UMPIRING ACCREDITATION FORM
Candidates are required to complete the National Umpiring Accreditation Application Form prior to their assessment. Forms should be handed into to your Training Assessment Officer on the weekend of your assessment.
For level 1 applications, forms can be submitted by Your Association Umpire Coordinator via email: vicumpires@softball.org.au

NATIONAL UMPIRING ACCREDITATION FEE
Victorian Umpires are required to pay the $12 National Umpiring Accreditation Fee prior to presenting as a candidate.
The National Umpiring Accreditation Fee can be paid via the Softball Victoria Teamapp Store. In order to do this you must be a member of Teamapp and have Softball Victoria as one of your teams.
If you are not currently a member of Teamapp, please see below details on how to join. Don’t forget to search for Softball Victoria and add them to “My Teams”.
