Umpires
The importance of umpiring in community sport can never be understated. As a volunteer, It's a great way for players and family members to learn more about the game and stay connected with the community. Just like playing or scoring Softball, umpiring also offers a pathway that enables one to move from 'giving it a go' on a Saturday, to international representation.
