Amendments to State Championships for 2024/25

A letter to our community in response questions regarding the 2024/25 format for our Victorian State Championships. To ensure that all members are on the same page, we have answered some concerns and provided new information relating to the State Championships Regulations for this period.

TEAM ENTRIES OPEN FOR 2025 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Softball Victoria are pleased to announce registrations are open for State Championships. Two State Championships will run in 2025. OPEN STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS are taking place as planned in April, but we will aim to start the tournament with an opening game on Friday night and include a night game on Saturday & a JUNIOR STATE CHAMPIONSHIP tournament for players aged 15 & under will also be held on the same weekend at the same venue.

These awards are an opportunity recognise the significant contributors within the Victorian softball community, with nine awards on offer including Life Membership, Hall of Fame, and the Merle Short Service awards.
