Due to COVID restrictions, the 2021 Softball Victoria AGM will be held via Zoom at 10am on Saturday, 11 September.

Further details including how to register and the agenda will be emailed to associations shortly.

AGM

The 2021 Softball Victoria AGM will be held at 10am on Saturday 11th September 2021 via Zoom. Please note that depending on government restrictions and advice regarding COVID-19, the AGM may be held via video conference.

As per the member rules, attendance is compulsory for Affiliated Associations. Each Association is entitled to have two (2) delegates present. Guests are encouraged to attend and observe however must register attendance by emailing Softball Victoria SOM Cheryl Waye cheryl.waye@softball.org.au

Any voting member wishing to submit a Notice of Motion for resolution at the AGM must do so in writing (via email or mail) by 4.30pm Wednesday 28th July 2021.
