What excites you the most about playing for Waverley this season?

It’s a big squad and big group of guys that come down. It’s been fun having everyone get down and play as much softball as we can.

It’s great playing down at Waverley because we get a big crowd and we’ve got a great canteen on a Thursday and Saturday.

My softball highlight has been… ?

Playing for Victoria for consecutive years now, coming closes to winning titles, we came second and third which was pretty tough.

Also playing for Australia over in New Zealand, it was a good opportunity to play with guys from other states, and play with people from different teams.

My future ambitions in softball are… ?

I’m 19, so I’ve got about three shots to play in the U23’s World Cup, so I want to try and make one of those.

Also, I want to win a national championship with Victoria. Not a lot of us have a chance to do that, so whether it’s with the 23’s or the men’s team, that would be great.
