The Softball Victoria Scoring Committee farewell two long-serving committee members this month, while welcoming in two new members to the group.

Lorraine Davies and Kerryn Bell are both retiring from their positions on the Scoring Committee after extended periods of dedicated service.

Lorraine has contributed more than 34 years of time and knowledge to the committee, and been heavily involved at State and National level. Her contribution will continue to be recognised through the Lorraine Davis Statistician of the Year Award.

Kerryn is stepping aside from the committee to dedicate more time to special projects, in addition to taking on the newly created role of Coordinator for State Team scorers/statisticians. With ample experience, Kerryn will undoubtedly do a fine job in ensuring our scorers at State level are well prepared for their role.

With Lorraine and Kerryn stepping aside, the Scoring Committee are also pleased to announce the addition of new members Cathy Weldon (Keilor Park) and Nicole Aitkinson (Waverley).

The Scoring Committee would like to thank Cathy and Nicole for volunteering their time to fill the vacant positions, and we look forward to working with both of them in the future.
